2. Personal Use
NFT holders are permitted to download, display, or privately print the associated artwork for personal enjoyment, such as home display or archival purposes. These actions are allowed as long as they do not involve resale, distribution, or public exhibition for commercial gain.
3. Print Sales and Commercial Reproduction
The exclusive right to produce, distribute, and sell physical or digital prints of Tessera artworks rests solely with Tessera Gallery. No NFT holder may sell or offer the associated artwork as a print—physically or digitally—outside of official Tessera Gallery channels. Any attempt to sell or profit from unauthorized reproductions constitutes a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action.

Physical prints are considered – but not limited to – tangible reproductions such as posters, canvases, apparel, merchandise, or other physical objects featuring Tessera art.

Digital prints are considered – but not limited to – downloadable files, wallpapers, virtual skins, in-game applications, and other digital or screen-based reproductions of Tessera art.
4. Eligibility for Official Prints
Select NFTs may be approved for sale as physical prints through Tessera Gallery’s official channels. Eligibility is determined solely by Tessera Gallery, taking into account legal, creative and commercial considerations. These may include—but are not limited to—issues of copyright infringement, third party licensing agreements and -integrations.
